DUAL FRANCHISE LEAGUE SEASON 6

This is the sixth season of a dual franchise league. This League is using the ATG POST WWII CARD SET. Salary cap is 150 million, 10 % drop penalty, Using a DH, no waivers.

Each manager must pick one team from each column below. . For the most part , teams on the left are original franchises and most teams on the right are expansion teams. ( THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS HOWEVER, AND SOME TEAMS ARE COMBINED BECAUSE OF LACK OF PLAYERS.) A manager has exclusive rights to players on his roster; if a player is on more than one roster, he belongs to the team where his salary is highest. We are using a serpentine draft, so each manager picks one team first and then we reverse the order. You can make your first pick from either column. List of teams will be posted below. Please sign up using the cut and paste method. Official draft order will follow in an additional post. We are currently looking for at least one more manager and possibly as many as three; any one interested please post your interest here.

Without trying to make this any more complicated, I throw this idea out to the returning players; some people have voiced displeasure of always getting stuck in the middle of the draft and think there is an advantage to either being near the top or the bottom of the draft.

So I am asking you guys if you think it would be wise to have mangers pick their draft spots....in other words a draft to pick where we would prefer to draft. It would be just one more step and might make things more interesting. It would be still based on last seasons standings; in other words METS 99 could choose to pick in any spot he chooses. This would probably only effect some of the teams in the middle of the draft or maybe the bottom positions. I dont forsee a manager wanting to change positions on the first 2 or 3 spots.

At the very least I think a manager should have the ability to move up or down a spot to bump one of the new players joining the league for the first time.

I've been doing this the last few years with an on-line FOX Fantasy Football pool I run and the guys seem to like it. So I'm okay with it.

HARMONKill is definetly in so we have 10 managers returning. I put a post on the ATG forum looking for 2 more managers;
