What's You Worst B.A. Ever For The Babe

PostSun Aug 30, 2015 9:49 pm

mine is about 600 abs .217 average....even though his park was very suited for him and so was most of the other parks...his splits vs righty, lefty and his splits off his card vs the pitcher's were all almost identical.

Ouch, Nev!

Paying for the Bambino and getting that performance could make you a candidate for Maalox Man of the Year. I once had Bonds in the low .230's in Sportsman's '41, but never saw George Herman down there.

Hal picks on anyone I guess.
I have Yastrezemski 2R (1967) at Shea 71 in a $140 mil league.
After 208 AB vs Right Handers here is his "accomplishments".

BA = .164
OBP = .256
SLG = .298

Just saying!

Ive had all these other players hit for low avg.

Bonds yes
Yaz often

But can't ever remember seeing Ruth hit that low in any league or any park, even Forbes in a league of pitchers parks.

Which card? His cards are all great, so is there one that does better or worse in BA? the $13.03 seems the most popular from what I've seen. I've never used Ruth, not that I wouldn't, but OTOH I'm not in a big hurry to pay huge $ for a lot of walks
