2011 Divisional Rivalry League

-12 team league
-80 million cap
-2011 card set
-you will be assigned a division (AL East, Central, West NL east, Central, West) from which you are to assemble your team.
NO PLAYERS FROM OUTSIDE YOUR DIVISION
-in the league west teams will be in the west division, east in the east and central in the central.
-Trades will be allowed but players can not change division. (AL east players can be traded to NL east teams but not central or west teams (regardless of AL or NL)

if anything is unclear just ask.

after all 12 teams are in a randomizer will be run and the results will determine which division you get.
1.ALEAST 2.NLCENTRAL 3.ALWEST 4.NLEAST 5.ALCENTRAL 6.NLWEST same order 7-12.

I'm in, maybe the year of the cardset is slowing it down? I'm good for any year.
