I see that Andy was keen to make that post... but just to be clear, CTStough (Twins) is up!

Since Bonds never played for Minnesota and no Pirates had been drafted yet he was free and clear!

And, to keep this draft from running into November, I suggest others do the same when possible.

Just a couple of reminders -

A. You can pick either (1) one of your own team's carded players (presumably one that is also carded to another team), or (2) ANYONE carded to the Rangers or White Sox. (see list a couple of pages back).

B. If you have a player carded to your team who is also carded to the Rangers or White Sox, beware, he is an unrestricted free agent, who can be drafted by any team, unless you draft him first. (see list a couple of pages back).

C. Once you've drafted a player in the 5 round draft, you own all of his rights, and you can use any card that he has in the set. Furthermore, any player that you draft in this 5 round draft will be considered a core player for your team, even if he was on the Rangers or White Sox, or even if you are using a card for that player in a year when he didn't even play for your team, the Rangers, or the White Sox.
