I leave it to ask Robert how to address Aaron Hill, he is 7.41Mil for both Tor and Ari

This is from the first page of the thread:
RO0BERTLATORRE wrote:For the auto-draft, a player belongs to the franchise that they played the most carded years for (ties broken by top priced card, then by PA/IP)

Only cards for your franchise can be used on your team:
Example Jose Reyes, NYM '07-'11, MIA '12, TOR '13-'14;
Only the NYM can have him on their AD.
Only the NYM, MIA, and TOR can pick him up from the waiver pool post AD. His '07, '08, '09, '10, '11 cards can only be used by the NYM

Based on this, Hill would belong to the team that the most Aaron Hill cards. Well they both had 4 so that doesn’t help. So we go to the top priced card, and they’re still tied. Finally we go to PA, and Toronto has the advantage whether it's the highest priced card, the highest PA season, the total of the 8 cards, or the totals from the 8 seasons.
Therefore, I'd say that Hill is a Blue Jay.

and Halladay would be a phillie before being a Jay as he has 4 phillie cards and 3 Jays ones.

I cut and pasted the rules from the 1st league, it's by number of cards 1st, ties broken by high card, then by PAs/IPs.

Aaron Hill belongs to Toronto based on PAs for the autodraft.

Roy Halladay is a Phillie.

I guess there is no great way to do this but RLT/commish certainly makes it simple....just eliminates some teams for use right away such as Cleveland. need the lefty sp in progressive but if sabathia and lee are assigned to other teams then it makes that team less attractive (which was on my shortlist).

roland great choice of Colorado btw...nice to see some new teams in the league

using Aaron Hill as an example.

If the bluejays go undrafted but someone takes arizona are the d-backs allowed to have Hill on their autolist?

yes of course he is good for dbacks if jays aren't in league. this set sometimes drafts players to different teams..sabathia halladay to name a few...a little glitch with this set. if sabathia was in fa pool after autodraft he would be available to any team that he has a card for.

And the only cards that a team can use are ones specifically carded to them!

I just want to be completely clear. If the player has played for two teams, you can only use the card of your drafted team? I'm clarifying because I see some violations from the first league if this is the case.
