Are the mid-60's Brooks Robinson cards also eligible?

You mean Sandy Alomar Sr. is eligible for the Yankees. Sandy Jr. has never been carded (a shame, he had a great year for the Indians).

Is Jimmy Rollins eligible as a Dodger? He HAS PLAYED for the Dodgers but has not yet been carded with them.

Yes, the Brooks Robinson post war cards can be used. When I initially spec'd out the team I used his $7M card, I forgot to put on this roster page, So that card is in..

You are correct, I meant Sandy Alomar Sr., not Jr.. my typo... but I agree, the Sandy Alomar Jr. 1997 card would be a welcome addition to the set..

There will not be too many examples of active players in this set playing for a new team, but I will make the call.. Jimmy Rollins is eligible for the Dodgers.....(why not, Seaver is a Red not a Met)

This is kind of late in the theme, but isn't the Fielder available for Leyland Cecil, not Prince?
