Well I'll start a sign up sheet and we'll go from there. I'm in no great hurry though. Rules :45 million, no DH, 5/10/20, waivers. Roster value MUST ALWAYS remain at or below 45 million. In other words you must always have a reserve of 15 million dollars which you CAN NOT touch.
