at 200m Bonds , Ruth , Hornsby . Gibson and Mantle but at all the other caps I think Louis Leal .50 might be the most drafted player

I would say that at caps $100+ Pedro is more difficult to get than Maddux.....atleast that has been my experience.

All 12 owners are potentially competing for Pedro since he has GREAT cards for BOTH 4 and 5 man rotations and there are some (not a lot, but some) owners that discount Maddux from their draft since he is NOT a strikeout pitcher.

I have been playing STRATOMATIC for quite a few years and these are the hardest to get in the draft from my experience. I could be way off but thought it would be fun to start the conversation. No right or wrong here and based on opinion and experience but here we go:

1. Hornsby
2. Ruth
3. Cobb
4. Maddux
5. Walter Johnson
6. Ted Williams
7. Bonds
8. Aaron
9. Musial
10. Honus Wagner

In a 100 million dollar Barnstormer League for Polo '41 I was able to draft 4 of these players --Wagner, Cobb Musial and Maddux. I find Ted Williams to be pretty popular along with Cobb in most leagues so I did have Cobb 1st on my draft list.
Since they added all the millions of new cards usually in a league or two you can draft pretty much anyone you want

I'd say the cheap Honus card is the hardest to get in $80mil.
