IS THERE A CERTAIN WAY TO SET UP STARTING AND RELIEF PITCHERS?

I'm not really sure of what you mean by "a certain way" since it depends on your strategy. However if you're just wondering how to do it, under the Your Team drop-down there are options to "Set Your Default Rotation" which is fairly self-explanatory, and "Pitcher Prefs" where you can define specific bullpen roles and such.

Every team is going to be set different, but it you want some ideas for your team, post a link and I (and probably a few otheres) will chime in.
