2015 Tour Event Five League Assignments

There are no late leagues available. Next week's league has managers already assigned. I saw your name browsing the boards earlier and was hoping to get you in before noon, however, the deadline has now passed.

I am very happy to concede my spot in the late league for event 5 to JRShark.

I originally "joined" this year's PC tournament by offering to be a filler, to make J-Pav's job easier. (I certainly know how challenging it is to run this tournament, and thanks again to J-Pav for doing a superb job this year!!!)

I am quite happy to help out JR Shark by withdrawing from the tournament to let him in, if that is OK with J-Pav. I would consider this to be reverting to being a filler again, on my part.

Please consider this request on my part, for JRShark, J-Pav.

It's a kind gesture, however, I will not consider this.

We still need three fillers for next week's league. It's not an issue of room for one more. JR had an assigned league from last Friday night. It wasn't that he missed getting in to an overbooked league, but rather he missed getting his team in after the five day deadline. His league, which had room for two more managers, was still waiting on him at noon today. Therefore, he is ineligible for points in Event Five.

It's unfortunate, however, this is how we have kept things moving this year. Several managers in previous events were victims of the same fate. It would not be fair to anyone to make exceptions now.

I will be out of town until Sunday, but, will make sure I get my team loaded on the league on Sunday. Hopefully, I won't be the one holding us up this weekend .

I completely missed the event 5 opening. Is it still possible to jump in the 8th league or will there be a 9th?

No, unfortunately we're closed out. The last league is filled.

I do not look at this post very often and I just saw your comments below.

I did not realise I broke a rule, but I actually do not understand why the rule exists and the league would intentionally assign anyone to a league that was overbookable or why leagues were overbooked intentionally. This treats players under a two-their system, which is unfair. Would you please consider placing my fifth team in the tally for the fifth league, even you will not give the five point bonus? You excluded me from leagues 1-4, I finally have a decent team and it is being excluded from its minor success.

Five point Bonus?

That's not what this was regarding, however, I'm happy to continue the bonus points conversation at any time (now that we can actually have normal discussion about it).
