To answer your question, I work retail and we are not allowed to have cellphones at work. Yesterday, I was three or four letters away so I PM'd Geekor with a couple possible proxies and it worked but if I am 5-20 letters away it will be impossible to use a proxy because of the possible varieties

question. If you get a letter, for example C and you already have a C and already have a D, can you pass twice with letter passes to the next letter that you don't have yet.

Its hard to copy and paste on this phone but the rules on page 1 say you can use only 1 of each pass per turn. 1 letter pass and 1 free pass.

It's boblues turn, but whenever I read "boblues" my brain reads it very strictly phonetically, and I keep thinking of Baba Looey, (Quickdraw McGraw's sidekick that I'm sure some of you old guys might remember).

That is correct. Only 1 of each pass each turn. Most letters you could skip are 2.
