Now I know why I drafted the wrong Gillespie, mistook "Fister" for "McHugh" (sounds the same, sort of) and neglected to draft any DH....

Stoney employed his secret weapon - manager "Kate Upton" - the distractenator!

Awfully quiet out there. Not much in the way of moves or chatter.

Certain teams are sitting on some cap so there are sure to be some moves coming.

Damn Stoney, how'd you score Kate for your manager? I've got an old dead guy managing my team. Maybe I need to see what Charlotte McKinney or Marisa Miller is doing!

Figured it was time that charlie manuel retired and tried to find someone who could provide the right kind of motivation.

Speaking of distraction, I completely forgot to round out my team yesterday....Canadian thanksgiving - a wonderful weekend.

Fortunately, I just tinkered in a couple of places.

One of the weirder teams I've constructed, since I'm willingly being the cheapest and weirdest I've ever been in terms of not using any true DH. Lombardozzi is my DH. Go figure. I've got the money mostly tied up in SP's. Should be interesting.

I got my usual stupidly good luck on opening night....

Hey guys, I'm in new Orleans so haven't had much time to weigh in. What does everyone think of their start?

I suspect I'll be happier when loup stops taking Fernandez turn in the rotation. Vmart and Bmoss are killing me.

My team is playing way over its head for the first 18. I rated my guys against division opponents, by pitcher faced, and expected, at best, to be 10-8. My luck rating would be high at this point, but there's a long season ahead.
