Go to the General Strategy thread. I moved a topic to the top for you. Tons of useful information and reading in it.

In the first paragraph, there is a link to our old site at TSN. That thread too, is very very useful.

I suggest read over it a time or three, take some notes if needed, and then post questions again for further information or clarity.
