Chuck, After giving some thought to your idea, I think I prefer to leave the format as stated, "only 1 player with 30 or more homers, and all others below 15". If someone wants to build a team in Baker Bowl, or Ebbets Field, or Huntington Avenue Grounds or any other band box park, and construct their team with low AB platoon players, it's fine with me. It will skew the league toward bombs a little. Remember, the Yanks had teams that were loaded with sluggers in the 30's, I don't think all will do this, and the Pitching restrictions might also make it pretty dificult to build a winner with a HR slugging philosophy.
Also, FALCON29, in answer to your question, you may use all S5 starting pitchers if you want, just as long as they meet the other restrictions
Starting rotations can be 4 or 5 pitchers. If a 4 man rotation is used 4 *starters must be worth at least 7mil each, if a 5 man rotation is used 5 non* pitchers must be worth 5mil each. If you choose to use a couple of swing men who will start and relieve between starts they must be worth at least 5mil each.
