2007 - 2014u Franchise League - Drafted

"No luck on draft order. I was 10th last draft and 11th here.

I checked to where the playoff teams for the league just finished drafted. Drafting high is good, with the exception of SF at 11, p/o teams were drafted 2,3 and 4."

Cap is significantly less.

Should level things out a bit.

I agree with that. My Cleveland pick, for example, probably couldn't compete with the big boys at a higher cap, but the 100mil (as you said) evens the playing field. Now if I could just Manage better I'd be in good shape.
