SOM continually transcends its previous customer service lows.

We get weekly updates from blog boy that are invariably insipid, and often downright patronizing, attempts to rehash the utterly obvious, while studiously ignoring ongoing issues such as manager ratings which vanished well over three years ago -never to return. Additions to ATG, just another example of SOM failure to follow through on what they say they will do but somehow never achieve.

By my reckoning it is time for ATG 9, it's been about a year and a half so far for 8, which is pretty much the standard shelf life for an ATG iteration.

The sad thing is I don't even care what SOM does. I'll probably run maybe 5-6 teams at a time going forward, and four of those are private retention leagues that require ongoing commitments.

I've moved from angry to disgusted to not caring at all about SOM. Good job boys!
