The Braves played at Couty Stadium in Milwaukee and Altanta Stadium in Atlanta and in this league they could play in either one. 80 mil cap. You do not need to have all your protected players on your roster. If a player is not selected in the Expansion draft, then you retain exclusive rights to that player unless you trade him. During the season, you can only make free agent moves among the players that belong to your franchise. After the 2 round draft is complete, players or player rights can be traded, for example suppose the Reds start the season without Frank Robinson on their roster, then they could trade his rights to the Orioles for rights to Milt Pappas and Sam Bowens (although this trade is not required, I would encourage the Reds to make this trade for historical accuracy and because Robinson is "an old 30").

The 2 round draft is only for players from teams that haven't been selected.

The list of protected players is only relevant for the expansion draft. After the expansion draft is complete, you own exclusive rights to all the players in your franchise whether they are on your roster or not.

When we expand the roster from 18 to 25 players, I assume we will be able to draft from players that do not belong to the selected teams. Is that correct?
