The Tigers, Indians and Cards need to join the Central before the West can load.
I think it is too complicated to change the waivers period but if someone knows how to do that it is ok with me. I really don't think that it should make any difference. If everyone follows the rules, everyone will get all the players on their draft card with the possible exception of one or two 0.75 pure free agent relievers on the Indians or Reds who don't have the mandatory 3 pure relievers.
Although bigdinkent has foolishly decided to place some real life commitments ahead of strat, I hope that the Cards get loaded pretty quick.
Now that the drafts are over, we can make trades.
