2007-2014u Quick Draft (2 rnd, 8/rnd ) - CATom to load

I have messaged SOM, it would be helpful for all you guys to do the same. In addition, I expressed my feelings about the 07-14 leagues not drafting without us having to prompt them. It would be nice if you guys could exclaim that also in your message. "Maybe" they'll work on fixing this bug if we are vocal about it.

We have loaded all teams and need the Autodraft to run for the 2007-2014u Quick Draft league.

This seems to be a problem with all leagues using this subset, they never run the Autodraft. Can you please get someone to fix this so we don't have to send an email every time.
