Rules: 1. Only players from 1871-1920 with a "db" designation next to their team, with the exception of Ruth 20. No Ruth 20. You can use pre 1920 Ruth as a pitcher however.

2. Must use deadball stadium. 1920 or earlier.
3. 80 mil cap (we could go 100 mil. Vote when you sign up.)

Didn't see anything about whether this was going to be a draft on the boards here or strictly auto-draft. I would like to see at least a partial (4 to 6 rounds) serpentine draft on the boards here to share the wealth and to combat the luck (or lack thereof) in a complete auto-draft.

Sorry I just made the assumption that it would be an auto draft. I once did a partial serpentine draft and it was the most frustrating and unpleasant event of my online Strat experience. I'd rather have a root canal and a colonoscopy simultaneously than do a live draft. I'm not sure how a live draft eliminates the luck factor. You still have to choose in an order. That is determined by chance (luck). But if the majority wants it, I'll try anything twice. Let's fill up the league first and then we can vote on the draft before I create the league.

Well it appears that 100m (eight votes) has won the day for the cap and one more vote for no DH and pitchers hitting will carry the day. As for live or partial-live draft we will fill the league before voting on that.

I'm fine if we go no Dh, but I am concerned about the RP situation.
If there are close to 36, can we have a gentleman agreement to not go over 3?
