Could you rework the schedule for 24 team leagues so that (a) the first 10 series are a round robin within the division, (b) the last 10 series are a round robin within the division, and (c) the middle of the season is out of division games with no extended road trips.
I understand that everybody gets 81 games at home, and a balanced schedule. But it sure would be nice if managers could find out where they stood within their division before the 41 game mark so they can make adjustments at the 5% penalty rate.
