RIP Dave Henderson

Maxie Minoso just posted on our league page. Henderson sure was a fan favorite here in the SF Bay Area. He played briefly for the Giants before going over to the A's for the most successful phase of his career. Heck I'm sure he was a fan favorite where ever he played. I like the Rene Lachemann hat. It's a nice touch. RIP Hendu.

A very nice guy-a student of mine was in his adult fantasy baseball camp-said he was always smiling; a little bit of trivia-Dave had his big toes on both feet amputated so he wouldn't have to suffer from turf toe!

Now that's a bit of trivia!

He'll be missed here in Seattle, as well.
