Strat-O-Matic's customer service is abysmal.

When I've had a problem in the past they have always been quick to respond and resolve, what is the issue?

Same here, they've been great. Ive found they've responded to several issues always within 24 hours... Except on weekends, if that's the issue, then you can expect an answer by Tuesday morning.

In fairness they are a tiny company. At least their customer service is not as bad as Time Warner.

I sent an email, two months ago...I seem to notice a bug about the stats page... I didn't receive any return...I sent a second email, nothing yet, no "we'll check deeper", no "thanks for this head up", nothing but silence.

They did get back to me early this morning which was nice. And they are a really small company.... In the past it may have been harder to get a hold of someone. I think they do a better job than they used to do...

I received my usually gift certificate for Christmas but I needed it transferred into a different account and they did it no problem. Now I am trying to get both my accounts combined into one so I have enough teams to qualify among the leaders in winning percentage.... I played 37 teams under the old TSN id. "Stormcrow" and now have played 36 teams as Radagast Brown since the game got moved from TSN to SOM. They said they would try to help me out with that.

And apparently Richard Milter as well? 3 ids to combine!

"Stormcrow" and Richard have been combined. Believe it or not Strat-O-Matic had I.D.s on their website prior to the on-line gaming coming home to SOM. So I had a SOM I.D. and a Sporting News I.D. But it looks like they haven't had any luck combining the two... Oh well. I will break into the top 30 in winning percentage as soon as I hit 50 teams...

Try sending an e-mail to tech support. I think their customer service is better than it used to be. I also think they only are able to afford a handful of employees. I am just thankful they have remained in business this long. I bet the on-line game has helped them with revenue, at least I hope it has.

I have to say Strat-O-Matic came through for me. Thanks! I think they have gotten much better in this regard. I just really hope they never go out of business. Cheers!
