Description: Bringing back an older Theme league.....Here are the simple rules: No player (hitter or pitcher) may have a salary more than $4 million at any time during the season beginning with opening day. If you you are assigned a player in the draft with a salary more than 4.00 million (you should not but in case), you MUST DROP them in favor of a player or players with a salary of $4M or less.
