Theme League - GM - 70s -not currently accepting new signups

For those of you in the current 60s league who are interested in continuing, I'm going ahead with this theme into the 70s. You can keep your team or drop it and pick a new one (franchise draft order will be reverse order of records in this league after game 81). The 70s teams are ordered as follows: 1. Angels, 2. Rangers, 3. White Sox, 4. Indians, 5. Yankees, 6. Tigers, 7. Padres, 8. Brewers, 9. Expos, 10. Royals, 11. Twins, 12. Mets, 13. Braves, 14. Cubs, 15. Cards, 16. Orioles, 17. Dodgers, 18. Pirates, 19. Red Sox, 20. Phils, 21. Reds, 22. Astros, 23. A's, 24. Giants. Teams 1-10 get 3 draft picks, 11-18, 2 picks and 19-24 one pick. Expansion teams are Royals, Expos, Padres and Brewers with franchises protecting 21 players and an 11 round expansion draft.
