RIP Frank Malzone

Red Sox third basemen in the 50's and early 60's died 12-29. google Frank's name for several great stories about one hellava defensive third baseman. was also a great clutch hitter. a little irony is that Malzone was born and raised in the Bronx but played for the Red Sox!

he was also the gold glove winner at third base until some guy named Brooks came along.

I used his more expensive card a long time ago with good results as I remember.
