Please clarify the ratings.

Top 5 seasons-does this mean average wins?
+3 for pay offs etc, Plus to what? Say manager one averages 90 wins over top five seasons and player 2 averages 89 wins but player 2 gets in play offs more often. How does that affect the rankings?

It's a simple point system, no averages

example:

1st season - 84 wins
2nd - 91, lost finals (+3 playoff, +1 finals)
3rd - 76
4th - 82
5th - 85, made playoffs (+3)
6th - 77
7th - 89 made playoffs (+3)

top 5 seasons count - drop 3rd & 6th seasons
total points = 441
