What is the salary cap? I am assuming 80m, but lower might be better.

Cap is 91M. Cap was set so that the 1939 Yankees, that have the highest payroll, could have all its roster.

I know that it's gonna be tough for the weaker teams, but divisions will be semi-randomized, with the two teams with the highest payroll in the same division that will include 6 of the top 12 payrolls. More on that later.
