Today's waivers did not run. Not surprised. What is the email for the strat-o-matic help desk? They make it so hard to find.

You know, I planned my whole day around this Of course, any help from the SOM "unhelpful" desk is appreciated But when I click the "Contact Us" button, it begins asking me to set up an email account and user ID. A waste of time and annoying to say the least. You would think they could simply list their stupid email address!

Thanks! Where exactly do they list this email address? I could not find it. Maybe if I had given the "Contact Us" link my life's information, bank accounts and also created new user IDs and passwords, it would have been there. Grrr.....

Rescheduled for tomorrow..what a waste of time and money.

Finally, the response from SOM:

"There was an issue processing the waivers deadline for this league on Friday afternoon because of an error with our system. We've rescheduled the deadline for 5pm ET the following day - Saturday 1/16 - and will be looking into resolving the error to make sure it executes smoothly at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay."

Why a 24 hour delay? Whatever, all they have to do is push a button manually, not everything needs to be automated. Due to the site redesign, maybe someone screwed up on the waivers section. Who knows what ails the gang that can't shoot straight.
