There will be 4 events - one for each of the mystery games - 60s/70s/80s/90s . The 60s and 70s games will not use the DH, while the 80s and 90s will use the DH.

The top 12 scores will make it to the finals. In each event, you get one point for each regular season win, 5 points for making the playoffs, 10 points altogether for making the finals in your league, and 15 points altogether for winning the finals in your league.

Awesome! Glad to have so many excellent strat managers on board, for the mystery tourney!!! 116 and counting!!!

I'll be doing the random selection for the event 1 leagues this evening!!! If we get some more sign-ups we'll fill out the rest of league 10, and create a league 11 if we can.

Some of you have asked what it means to be a "filler". That will come up as something we need, if there aren't exactly the right number of participants to "fill" every league - i.e. in something other than multiples of 12. So, if we get (for example) 129 participants, we will need to have 3 people graciously enter an extra team (or have strat friends to enter teams) into that last league (the 11th league in my example) in order to get a proper 12 team league going.

Some of you have asked if being a filler meant wrapping up a league that's "ready to go", by loading it. I would call that a "closer", for the sake of having a common terminology for the tournament.

We will use random divisional assignments, so that there isn't any bias about who get's in which division, with one of those great managers. And I will randomize the league assignments (see separate post this evening).
