I could be open to trading :
Werth
Jaso (LF)
For value in return. They won't necessarily be cut.
I am looking for (primarily) a closer and a shortstop. I will sweeten the deal for quality players. My SPs are off limits, exceot for Porcello (who doesn't have a great card this year).
I have to say I'm really looking forward to this 2015 season with this team, with a rotation consisting of Gray (*SP awesome), Price (*SP really good), Lester (SP*, quite good), and the fourth rotation spot split between Verlander (surprisingly good) and Walker (quite good). The bullpen includes Kelley, Liam Hendriks, Bryan Shaw, and Aaron Sanchez (righty specialist this year, and could spot start against an all righty batting order). I just need a closer.
I just had to throw that in.... the probably for my team will be hitting. Kipnis and Valencia lead the way against RHP, but there isn't much to write home about after that. The DH vs RHP will likely be Dietrich, esp. if Jaso is traded.
I will likely have Buxton as the platoon in CF vs RHP, despite his weak year at the plate. Nice defense, arm, and speed.
So it will be a classic all pitching, limited hitting team, playing in the Oakland ballpark. Classic low scoring baseball! Should be interesting to watch, in a pitching kind of way!
