If that happens the "dirty2dozen" league will need you to pick right away. I believe TGORM agreed that the standard keeper league rules, with votes on stadiums and prospects. Hell, we may even vote on all of the rules, but I think we can all agree that we know what the standard keeper league rules are.

that was the idea
I am inclined to vote against prospects in a 24 team league as those at the bottom need hope...
as I have seen that some folks when they finish at the bottom and have crap prospects they drop out....
