the first round then one hour slots for early rounds then 1/2 hour slots after that so we all pick as often as possible....
hopefully we can go faster but ...who really knows given 24 of us.....

your call on the draft/timing thing Rick, but if we can get everyones contact info, we can prod them along with emails or texts and it shouldn't be a problem. (proxies help, but cell numbers for a quick "you are up" text are even more helpful)

slots are fine too.... beat me again. but with 2 vice-commish and you prodding along we can go much faster than just a slotted time. depends on how many want texts and how vigilant people are. 1-hour or 1/2 hour slots seem fine.
