The delay in between picks is getting ridiculous. It's harder to plan on when my pick will actually come, as it may be in 10 hours, or in 5 days at the present pick.

I would suggest NFL draft rules be implemented as soon as possible within this current draft. 1 hour to pick (within a time-frame, say 8:00 a.m. til Midnight eastern). If the next one up doesn't pick in that hour, the next person up can "steal" the pick, and so on and so on... The person who misses their slot can pick at any time, but miss out on players as they delay.

That would create a lot quicker draft movement imho...
