if you are going to miss your slot be prepared to be skipped or send someone a proxy

Would it be too much to ask for peoples time zones? I don't want to send an email or text at 8AM EST when somebody may be on the west coast, or, like Bigmahon, at 9PM when for him it would be 2AM...
