Surprisingly, no Cardinals, A's, Orioles, Astros, Braves, Dodgers, Blue Jays and Mets, since they all have a good pool of talent from which to draw, considering all the players who have played for those teams over the expansion years.

OK jumped the gun a bit but created the league. I went ahead and used the DH rule so sorry if that changes anyones mind on playing. Send me a private PM and I will send you the PW. I also have updated the guidelines on the first page to include the changes we have discussed so far. I have to go to work at 2pm west coast time today so I will check the board first thing tomorrow morning as well as the rest of today.

This is my understanding of the player rules. Please correct me if I am wrong.
The expansion era started in 1969 with the intro of the Expos, Brewers, Padres and Royals. So if a player played in 1969 or later,he is eligible, but you can use a card from an earlier year.
Example, Don Drysdale played in 1969 so I can use the Drysdale '64 card.

I think, from what was posted earlier, is that any player showing up on an EXPANSION ERA roster (Player Set Browser ATG 8) is eligible for you, if that player ever played for your chosen franchise (whether player has a card for your franchise or not).
