I would like to see a little larger roster for the bottom 8 teams. There are players that we have to cut to get to the 30 man threshold before the annual free agent draft.

The teams with the 8 worst records (including ties, for the 8th spot) would have the option to keep two addition players prior to the FA draft, and for the entire season(s)

IF, we have prospects, I again, would like, to see 2 rounds. With that, a max of 6 prospects at any time, and once carded, must be dropped, or promoted.

Stadiums, I am thinking 2 calendar year commitment. Again, with the option for the 8 teams with the worst combined record to pick a new stadium for the upcoming seasons.

Just some random ideas I had while I watch this league fill.

In the original 24 team keeper league, I have been a bottom feeder since I joined the league. And those are some of the ideas I think may have helped my team, and some others, not be constant bottom feeders.

The 6 max prospects, would ensure that "only" 144 prospects at the most, would be owned. And, with 32 MLB teams, usually the top 10 in each organization have a legit shot year in and year out to see some real MLB time. That counts for 320 possibly to see MLB time a year.

In the O24TKL we can keep 10 prospects, with the above math, that only leaves 80 minor league players that have a legit shot to see time, that are not already owned by a manager.

The ability to change stadiums every spring for the worst teams, also, may help them to get 3-5 extra wins a year. Not a huge difference maker, but in a 24 team league, just for winning the division you get a credit. Those few extra wins may matter for a team that has an owner that does his homework for card chances and stadium percentages, blah blah blah.

This is for a 24-team Keeper. It's very possible a person won't make their allotted time Monday morning and has had issues previous to that. If that happens the "dirty2dozen" league will need you to pick right away. Please look over the roster (hkmossy is the team in question) and rounds drafted (one and a half right now) to get acquainted. The Commish is "Ghost".
