D2D trash talk and draft comments thread

If someone knows hkmossy he should get in contact with him. Maybe hk is in a league with someone here. Having said that I know he is a veteran player- maybe something happened, but we should have a plan.

I in all likelihood also be able to send out emails to folks if the picks go fast so we won't have to wait til your assigned time.

The 1st and second rounds have been un-timed for some people, it is only fair they are un-timed for everyone. These things tend to take some time. I know it is frustrating, but why are we in such a hurry?

Sorry guys. I will not cause a delay like that again. I had looked at the draft earlier in the day yesterday and was still 7 picks away. I only have my kids on Saturday night and Sunday, so I forgot to look while I was with them and was out with them skiing all day today. Once again, sorry.

I asked before but I guess I'll post it here too. you don't have to pick in your slot right. If 4 guys are ready to pick back-to-back-to-back-to-back then the 5th guy doesn't have to wait til his hour (which could be 5 hours later). The slots could actually slow us down. They are just a last possible time you could pick before getting skipped. Hopefully they will be re-figured out on a daily basis as we will HOPEFULLY go much faster than the actual time slots.

If I am wrong and we are just planning on going at the pace of the slots, that's gonna make this whole thing take a month. I think with vigilant owners we can get done much quicker....especially with 3 of us on here prompting people that they are up and willing to take proxies.

Yeah, if it is like any other draft I have done like this, you dont have to wait. As long as everyone behind you has made their picks, you can post yours. But once your time slot has passed, if you have not made your pick, you may get skipped.

I know, I'm just saying we should be able to go at a pace much faster than 1 pick per hour, that should be the worst case scenario.

I certainly hope we do. We could probably do this thing with half hour slots...that would speed it up some without too much trouble, I would think. A dozen or so picks a day will take us 2 months.
