After the ballpark draft we should just do half-hour time slots, everybody gets one pick in alternating time slots. Usually when we do that, we reserve Sundays for makeup days as people will inevitably fall behind.

Well, if we are untimed on weekends, those, would be considered our "make up" days. As people wouldn't be skipped. And, while I think weekends untimed is a good thing.......

I also believe that 24 hours a manager could be skipped. Say the last pick was made at 8AM sat... If the next manager doesn't pick before 8AM sunday, I feel we should be able to move forward then. I don't think that is being to unrealistic or expect too much. That is, as long as a manager doesn't say, Hey guys, its Fri night, and 20 picks to me. I wont be back till approx. 11AM sunday... just for example.

Anyhoo, you get my point, I think. I feel 24 hours stuck on one pick, even "un-timed", we should be able to move on??

i would like to offer a solution to this problem that we don't really have. After a half hour of waiting ,if no pick is made i will make a pick for the absent owner.It will be a bad pick based on my history of picking,which will teach the absent owner not to be late. i promise to never pick anyone i want,which is what i allready don't do .OK any questions ask someone else
