Question, can use my STADIUM pick + 1 PLAYER from that Franchise before round 9?

I never considered that - but I can't see why not. If you did, your last round with be your 8th 3-player set. Remember, your stadium and last player must be from a different franchise than any of your 3 -player sets.

Also:

1). You can add a 26th and 27th player before the season, but they must also come from the 25th player franchise.

2). If you go down to 24 players, you must drop the 25th "odd man" player. Each team must have the minimum eight (8) 3-player groups.

The Milw. Braves would be part of the Braves franchise. The Brewers (Milw.-Exp) are the team in the Heartland. I will revise the rules to note such.

Thus, Aaron is a Brave.

I'll be out the rest of the evening. To the extent we get a 6th Manger sign up, I'm okay if another Manager requests a Random Number generator in the Forum. Once again, that sequence will determine the order to "select" their position (e.g., maybe the Number 2 Manager would rather select last - and thereby have back-to-back selections).

The random number sequence will determine which sign-up is first for the order selection, etc. as follows. If for example, the sequence starts 5,3, 6... then sign up 5 will have the opportunity to select where he wants to draft, then sign-up 3 and so on.

There are no restrictions on trading, as long as you end up with a "3 player group" from 8 different franchises, plus an additional player/group/ballpark from a 9th separate franchise.

No restriction on free agents as long as you end up with a "3 player" group from eight distinct franchises and an additional player/group/ballpark from a 9th separate franchise.

"At all times" will mean during the draft, and before game 1 starts - and all the time during the season. Such that, if after the draft you are re-assembling, you can do drops/adds but then must realign your team according to the rules before game 1.
