Here is the sequence as provided by Musial:

As such, based upon the sign-up order, here is the order to select which position (1 to 6) you want to draft at:

These types of questions are appreciated and good to get answered before drafting.

You are correct - the restrictions are really meant for the actual draft and season play. Each Manager has the freedom to trade, pick up free agents, etc. during the pre-season time period. Again, your team does NOT have to fulfill the restriction in pre-season, but MUST fulfill it after the draft and from game 1 on.

Just a couple of additional rules/notes:

1. The "3 player group" rule for the franchises means the actual card that you use. You cannot use a card for a (multi-carded) player and also say that one of his other (unused) cards satisfies another 3 player franchise. For example, you could not use Reggie Jackson's A's card and then say your 3 player group requirement with the Yankees is met using Jackson again.

2. Per the roster rules, a team could possibly have a maximum of 28 players. For this league, we will limit the roster maximum to 27 players. If you have a 25th player, that player must come from a separate (9th) franchise and be the same franchise as your ballpark selection. If you add a 26th player, that additional player must come from the same franchise as your 25th player and ballpark. If you add a 27th player, that additional player must come from the same franchise as your 25th and 26th players and ballpark.

3. If you drop down to 24 players, your ballpark must be separate from the franchises of your eight (8) three player groups.

4. If you decide to change your ballpark (and presumably your 25th player) after the draft but before loading your team, that is allowed. Just post a message to the other managers so we know what went on.

5. NO DUPLICATE BALLPARKS.

Once we move to the ILC for the actual draft, I will post the rules there as well.
