So I get a total of 1 draft pick that has to be a RP? That will give me 11 total pitchers, which basically means I'll be stuck with the same 10 all season. I could possibly make a trade, but that looks doubtful since most teams look short on pitching. Are my assumptions correct?
I vote DH
Not exactly, because the 80s AutoDraft calls for only 10P, but you have to have at least 5 RP but not necessarily any "pure" RP. And once the season begins you can drop to 23 players minimum, not 24 like the other sets.
Red Sox are in a similar position. There are only 27 players total, but 4 of them are catchers so that takes me down to 25. The actual players matches the correct ratio for the AutoDraft with 10 P and 15 B, but there are only 4 RP. In addition, the total salary is just over $95M.
How do I handle all that? And
PLEASE don't say to pick another team!
It looks as if you missed Bo Jackson, who should be a Royal.
And finally, one last player on the wrong team is John Lowenstein. He should be on Cleveland. He never played for the White Sox.
