New Rule Proposals (2):

#1. Lift the 2 year limit on Prospects.

No longer need to promote or cut prospects after 2 years.

Teams will still be limited to 10 prospects.

Reason: eliminates things for us to track and also provides us with more control of our team's roster.

#2. The team that wins the Championship Series earns 2 additional prospect picks and the losing teams earns 1 additional prospect pick in the next Propect Draft.

These picks would take place in a 4th and 5th round as follows:

Example:
4th Round
1. (Championship Team with best 2 season record 1st pick)
2. (Championship Team with best 2 season record 2nd pick)
3. (Championship Team with worst 2 season record 1st pick)
4. (Championship Team with worst 2 season record 2nd pick)
5th Round
1. (Losing Team with best 2 season record )
2. (Losing Team with worst 2 season record)

If a team is unable to use these additional prospect picks due to the 10 prospect cap they could still trade them prior to the Prospect Draft, otherwise they would forfeit the picks.

Reason: Winning teams are penalized in all the drafts. This generates a chance for a game benefit for the 4 teams that make the playoffs and a real game benefit for the 2 teams that make it to the Championship Series.

I also am OK with proposal number 1. It seems like it makes management a little easier.

But, number 2 seems to me that it makes management a little more complicated.

I guess complicated stuff is getting harder for me to handle
