I agree with Niners.

I personally like the 3 year rule but dont think it would have as big an effect on promotions as 1 would expect. Some owners put a higher premium on prospect picks than others,so in essence there would, probably, still be quite a few prospects that have no card on rosters. Some would just trade more picks than usual while others would just still horde prospects on active rosters. Same amount of prospect picks every season would still mean figuring out a way to stay under the 10 prospect limits.

I'm somewhat neutral. I think two years is a tough turn around, but it's created a specific value of prospects that is less than other leagues. I'm ok with that. It creates different challenges.
