From the Rules tab in the league Google doc:

1) Effective with the 2014 card set, we will hold a prospect draft after the annual free agent draft, with managers drafting up to 2 prospects per year -- prospects are those players who have never received a card yet and draft sequence will be random and serpentine.

Cool, thx. I swear I did read that! But must have dozed off as I read the last sentence.

Anyway, good to know I have a chance of a better pick in the prospect draft.
