Must use a park from one of your teams

Even with the million leagues I'm involved with, I can always make room for a 2-team or a 5-half team league.

Kev, I just changed the rules to make it a two team only draft. NO HALF TEAMS. I also dropped the cap to 90M so that it would be less likely that a team would have a much higher salary cap than another team but we should still be able to use every card we are able to from our two teams.
