2 Team League - League has drafted

Kev, I just changed the rules to make it a two team only draft. NO HALF TEAMS. I also dropped the cap to 90M so that it would be less likely that a team would have a much higher salary cap than another team but we should still be able to use every card we are able to from our two teams.

Randy, even better. 2 teams is actually a little more challenging, and I like that the draft will be really quick!
