Why aren't "Hitter Prefs" avail for pitchers (Non DH Leag)

Started a poll in the 20xx board, would like input from the ATG managers!!!

The logic is pretty simple.

Is the pitcher hitting? Pinch hit.

Doesn't matter if he's twirling a gem, or if he's a great hitter and your bench is full of scrubs.

I'd love to see some type of hitter preferences for pitchers...HAL routinely pinch-hits for 8-hitting stud starters with scrubs...
