REGARDING Jay's Prospect Promotion Proposal

Jay's proposal #1 on dropping the required 2 year max promotion or cut requirement I think has 7 yes votes on here with maybe a couple more yes via email. maybe we could list everyone's team or owner & have everyone resubmit their vote in a cleaner format rather then have them scattered all over the place. I'll try to set that up later or maybe Jay can.
