I will predict that James' next posting is misspelled or at least posted twice.

Do you mean that you thought the Braves would go sooner or never get drafted in a million years!

By the way Glenn, the Reds were my pick for you. 1's at 2b, SS and CF to support those Mets pitchers and Votto with that sick card. But what do I know obviously!

I considered the Reds for their infield and Votto, but they didn't give me help in CF and in SP. Ultimately, I thought the Mariners helped my team better. Cespedes is going to have to play CF for me. While Strat thinks that is a bad idea, it will make him happy. :)

Makes it more realistic. In the real world when you play your best players, there will be defensive blemishes here and there. For a while I was getting ready to play a SS-4 for the first time ever (if memory serves this old brain).

I considered Reds because I needed 1b and votto would have been sick addition to this lineup, and could have used frazier...fbut their starting pitching is dreadful and I wanted at least one more starter, although Chapman makes up for some weaknesses in starters. with corrasco, cozart would have been a waste with no trades allowed, plus at some point he'll have a 60 game injury. rangers gave me starting pitching and bullpen depth, filled the first base void twice over, gave me beltre at 3b and choo to get on base and some lh balance.

I had the Angels and Orioles as my 1-2 second choice at the beginning of Round 2 (needing 1B, SS, CF). I was very surprised to see them both available when it got back to me.
